Commissioned by Jason for his colleague May May's birthday... with the request of Chanel logo and some white roses...
Bottom - 1.5kg orange butter cake
Middle - 1.0kg choc moist
Top - 1.0 carrot cake
But the final weigh in is.... so heavy... at 6.4kg
with all the cream and especially the fondant of 1.7kg...
